What are your shipping options and costs?
You can choose your preferred postage option at checkout. These are:
Royal Mail First Class - £3.60
Royal Mail Second Class - £2
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (not signed for) - £3.70
If you spend over £25 you will be eligible for FREE shipping! Your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post if you qualify for free shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail have changed their Second Class postal service, meaning parcels are sometimes taking up to two weeks to reach customers! Please choose another option if this will be an issue for you. I have considered removing second class post altogether but wanted to keep a lower cost option for my customers.
The earring type I want (e.g. hoops/hooks/clip-ons) is saying sold out — can I still order it?
Quite possibly! If one earring type shows as sold out, it usually just means the stock I’ve allocated for that specific option has already been bought by others (it’s one of those Shopify website quirks that drives me mad!) — but I may well still have that earring type available. Please drop me a quick message, and I can often make your chosen style for you.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Each item will come in its own colourful little package (organza bag and/or paper bag), as standard. :)
I will also shortly be adding a gift box option for all items, please stay tuned!
How should I care for my jewellery to keep it looking its best?
To keep your jewellery looking as lovely as the day you got it, a little care goes a long way. Avoid getting it wet — take it off before showering, swimming or exercising. Keep it away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray and cleaning products, as these can affect the finish over time.
When you’re not wearing your pieces, store them somewhere cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Keeping them sealed away from air and light — for example, in a soft pouch or jewellery box — this helps maintain their finish and keeps them looking fresh. Give the metals an occasional gentle polish with a soft cloth.
Can I request a custom or personalised piece?
Yes, absolutely! I will do my best to assist you with any custom requests. Please get in touch via my contact page or social media, or you can email me on rebelaura@outlook.com
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I aim to make and post each order within two working days. Often it will be posted the same day or next day but please allow up to two days for posting (especially during busy periods). You can select your preferred postage method at checkout.
Please be aware that Royal Mail Second Class is now taking much longer, some customers have waited up to 2 weeks for their order! I am currently looking at other options but at the moment I would recommend First Class.
Do you ship internationally?
I have had to take the tough decision not to post outside of the UK at the current time, due to various issues outside of my control. This may be reviewed in future, and please accept my sincere apologies for the time being!
Can I return or exchange my jewellery if needed?
If you are unhappy with your jewellery for any reason, please do reach out and let me know! I want my customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases and will always do whatever I can to help.
Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
